Indigo’s 5 – Star Rated Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Renews In September!  Join Amy for a Teacher Training Open House to learn more about the program!  Please register here if you plan to attend the open house. All Teacher Trainee participants receive unlimited yoga in-studio, by livestream and by class recordings. The Yoga Alliance has approved online distance learning for 2024 and beyond. This means that teacher training by livestream and/or recording will remain an option in 2024 and beyond! In-studio learning is preferable but having the flexibility to study by livestream long-term is an excellent benefit.
 
Indigo offers many options to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga and to train you as a yoga teacher at both the introductory and advanced levels. Indigo Yoga is a triple track, 200, 300 and 500 Hour Registered Yoga School and each of our yoga teacher training programs exceeds the standards set forth by Yoga Alliance.

The Indigo Training programs are intended to train exceptional yoga teachers and holistic health practitioners, but they are just as much about personal growth and transformation. The 200 & 500 Hour Training begins in September.  300 Hour applicants may join the program with a rolling admission at anytime. Whether you aspire to teach yoga, work with holistic health clients, or you simply wish to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga’s timeless wisdom, our multi-faceted trainings will bring about your inner evolution.  Tentative dates for the 2023/2024 training:
