Sarah Benson

Sarah is a passionate wellness guru that helps carry out the mission of Indigo Yoga by assisting Amy with schedules, events, studio maintenance, and more. Sarah has had an illustrious career in ballet, dancing with notable companies, Cincinnati Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet. Her passion for dance and the movement and expression it requires led her to become involved in the yoga community.

She enjoys the challenge of vinyasas and the peace of mind that comes with breathwork. Yoga has allowed Sarah to manage anxiety, embrace movement, maintain her flexibility, and gain both mental and physical strength. She aspires to inspire and empower others through the practice of yoga and positivity.
