Join Amy for a therapeutic and empowering Master Class designed to release tension and restore healthy alignment in the shoulders, neck, and upper back.
Many of us carry chronic tension in these areas. Over time, tightness can lead to misalignment that affects the entire spine. The way we sit and stand, repetitive movements, long hours at a desk, driving, mobile device use, and daily stress all contribute to discomfort and restricted movement. When the head and shoulders shift forward, the lower back is forced to work overtime, creating imbalance throughout the body.
In this workshop, you will learn mindful self-care practices to gently guide your body toward healthier alignment and improved range of motion. While the focus is on the shoulders, neck, and upper back, you will experience benefits throughout the entire body as tension releases and posture improves.
This Master Class will help you:
