This one-of-a-kind getaway will be held at The Sawmill Creek Resort which is situated on 235 acres of beautiful natural landscape and located only 3 hours from the Greater Dayton area.
Designed with relaxation and overall wellness in mind, the expansive resort is situated on a golf course and features delicious cuisine and a host of top-rated amenities. Optional activities include a group Reiki Session with the music of soothing singing bowls, massage, a round of golf, a visit to Firelands winery, and guided hikes at the nearby nature reserve. With twice daily yoga classes offered, this retreat is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Amy will teach alignment based vinyasa classes every morning followed by meditation and breathing practices to soothe body and mind.
