Beginner’s Mind – 8 Week Series |Renews Tuesday, January 7 at 5:45 pm & Sunday, January 19 at 5:30 pm

Begin your yoga journey or return to yourself in classes designed to lay a strong foundation for practice and quiet the monkey mind through asana, breath awareness, and simple mindfulness techniques.

Beginner’s Mind Series is intended for those brand new to yoga or returning to practice after time away or injury. This series focuses on foundational poses, systematic relaxation, yogic breathing, and meditation. Students will build strength, balance, flexibility and endurance and learn safe and individual alignment. Students will build toward a strong, sustainable and nurturing yoga practice within a compassionate, supportive environment. Mats and props will be supplied.

Please pre-register early and pay for this class online to reserve your spot.  This class is also available online through Zoom with the Beginner’s Mind pass. Monthly and annual members may attend online for no extra charge. Students enrolled in the series may make up as many as two classes during the 8 week series time frame by attending any other class.  Suggested classes to attend as make ups are Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga or Stretch and Tone.
