Yoga keeps our mind, body, and heart resilient. The spring like design of the spine, with it’s four curves is nature’s way of keeping our bodies resilient. Join Randy Boyd, E-RYT 500 and Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT) to learn through lecture and practice how to keep your spine strong, flexible, and pain free. This workshop will be offered by livestream and includes lecture, PowerPoint, asana, and discussion. You may practice from home or study in-studio with community using the large flat screen monitor.
