Our Indigo Yoga community is a family of seekers living meaningful lives through direct experience and moment by moment awareness. The joy truly is in the journey and the path unfolds as whatever arrives in our lives. Sometimes we choose the path and sometimes it chooses us, but walking our individual path is always the opportunity to grow and discover what lies within.

Our teachers and friends have created each post out of personal experience and deep contemplation, revealing how they survive the day to day trials and tribulations of life with gratitude, compassion and love.
