Daisy Blase

Yoga found Daisy not long ago in 2022 – but to her it’s felt like a lifetime. The practice and teachings have entirely guided her life onto a completely different path almost immediately after her first time stepping on the mat.“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

Through incredible teachers and trainings Daisy has found profound spiritual meaning and purpose through the practice and teachings of Yoga. She would describe Yoga as awareness: Awareness on body, breath, and self. When one brings awareness to the self the entire world around them changes. She feels to be aware is to fully live and Yoga brought this level of consciousness and existence to Daisy and it has truly led the way through her life.

Daisy has traveled around the sacred corners of the world where the roots of Yoga can be found – here is where she has gained most of her teachings and practices. She attained her 200 hour YTT in India in 2024, and her 300 hour YTT in Thailand in 2025. She loves teaching and practicing more physically intense practices including Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and also deeply loves Yin and restorative, gentle practices. To her balance is important physically and mentally to create harmony within. Although she is very passionate about asana practice, she is also greatly motivated and most challenged by meditation and pranayama – sitting with the self.

Daisy holds deep reverence to all her teachers and the teachers that have carried this sacred practice of Yoga through thousands of years, and of course the practice itself. She feels blessed and full of gratitude she has the opportunity to share the practice with others. This is the beginning of forever in her journey of Yoga as a student and a teacher.
