Yoga has been Amy’s passion since she began her journey in 2001. Amy has spent many years helping others find balance and an overall sense of well-being in their day-to-day lives. As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and a YACEP, Amy is qualified to train teachers to teach Yoga.
