As a fitness instructor and trainer for over 30 years, Becky has always had a passion for helping others find their way to a healthy body and a less stressful life. A self proclaimed “cardio junkie” she took her first yoga class as a way to stretch out after running. What began as a quest to touch her toes became a path of self-discovery that has brought tremendous healing and joy into her life. As a yoga teacher, her intention is to guide students down their unique path toward inner peace and happiness.
Becky has studied yoga for 20 years and is is certified as an E-RYT500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider. She is a dedicated yoga teacher with an authentic, warm and lighthearted spirit. Becky believes the yoga practice is for everybody and recognizes that a full picture of health and well-being means not only pushing your limits, but being empowered to slow yourself down. When you are in her class you will be encouraged to explore and enjoy your practice!
When Becky isn’t teaching she loves to take her practice outside with the peaceful beauty of nature. Her three grandchildren provide the cardio now and the opportunity to run and play just for the joy of it!
