Yoga has been Amy’s passion since she began her journey over 12 years ago. As a Certified Fitness Trainer, Amy has spent many years helping others to increase vitality by managing weight, gaining strength, recovering from injury and finding balance and an overall sense of well-being in their day-to-day lives.

Drawn to teaching in 2009, Barb co-founded a yoga outreach program at the Greene County Women’s Center, where she taught meditation and yoga practices to in-patient drug and alcohol rehab patients.

Angel Godzik’s yoga journey began in late 2007 with a simple on demand 20 minute TV yoga class, but quickly evolved. After attending various classes with different teachers and studios, she completed her 200 hr. teacher training studies at Practice Yoga.

Becky Loose

Melissa Perkins has been interested in the human body, mental health, and spiritual evolution as long as she can remember. In addition to immersing herself in many forms of dance from the ages of 5 to 20, Melissa worked for several years at a women’s fitness center as a personal trainer.
